I just got myself a new laptop and i have some of my softwares on my old PC which i downloaded as torrents, i don't have the original install folder etc but only the .exe

I can't re download the torrents because my network is seriously slow.

Is there any way to transfer the software from my old PC to the new one without needing the original files.

You can try to create an image of your old system, and then use that image to re-image your new system. Operating system licensing and activation issues aside, this can be a painful process as you'll have to load compatible drivers with the new system once it is imaged to get it to boot and function properly. There are programs like 'Todo PCTrans Pro 8.0' that can supposedly transfer applications from one PC to another, but no idea if they'll work in a bug free fashion, and said program isn't free. Maybe another member will have better solutions for you, but what you're looking to accomplish is rarely a painless task.

Google teamviewer. Should be videos on how to use it to help you with this.

    Code:
    http://www.teamviewer.com/
I have teamviewer on all my computers. Very handy for all kinds of stuff

This is the only way to do it. Any other way will most likely require new licenses for your programs.

your best bet is re-downloading everything, maybe you have friends who can do that for you or use a free wifi connection, sometimes they're pretty fast, you can even use an unprotected connection near you if there's any
or you must know somebody who has a faster connection, so you can ask him to download and burn the apps onto one or more dvd(s) and ship it to you, if you can't meet in person

A very lazy way of doing it, and it doesn't always work, is to just copy the folder straight from program files to your new PC. Obviously it often won't work because of registry keys, etc. But, it's worth a shot because it's the easiest way I know of transferring software.
