How to track/ see or join to a LAN PC, I run a call center and I want to see what one of agent is accessing

look into remote desktop managment software
windows has remote desktop connection built in
theres software like mobaxterm to add every PC on your lan so you can remote in
but its not really specialized for your use-case and wouldnt recommend it as theres likely a lot better things out there
i remember as a kid going to lan centers and seeing behind the admins desk. they had a dashboard showing 30+ thumbnails. each one was live feed of every computer in the building. 1 click and you could bring it up full screen and remote control. and this was 20+ years ago.
expect to dig a bit harder if you want a free solution. i would start googling for bulk rdp software, lan center rdp management. KW"s like that. then cross reference them on alternativeto.net.
