How can i track any mail goes to inbox or spam ?

I am using webmail to send mails .

you can`t but you can use email checkers before you send the mail.
there are free html validators for email spam checking

Signup on most popular browser and send mails to them to check whether it's going to spam. Alternatively use better mailing service.
