Applying a red stroke on your FB ad image can help it to stand out from the rest & it can also help in better conversions. Search for how to apply a stroke in photoshop, there are plenty of tutorials out there.

    Hope this helps :)

If you're just looking to add borders, you can use pixlr.com, picmonkey.com, or any other free image editor online that can apply "stroke" or "border". There is fbadstoolbox but it requires a fee.
