How to test if proxies are working on Pinterest, Soundcloud and etc ?

Hey guys, how everyone knows some proxies are not working on networks like Pinterest, Soundcloud, Instagram and so on - they are flagged and restricted.
SO - maybe you can suggest me a good software or some method how can I test if my bulk proxy list passes these pages and if I can work on them with these proxies and filter working and not accepted proxies?
