Is it only possible through manual checking, or is their a tool to tell you if it was auto approved?

they have an OBL checker which they will give for free as long as you paid for scrapebox. just serch for obl checker at their website.

it will save you a lot of time. all you have to do it plug in your site url and the url's where you posted and it will tell you "found or not found"

In the poster section there is "check links" option.

After a scrapebox blast, just switch to check links to see which blogs are auto-approve.
