This is the simplest guide I think I have ever written, but because of the influx of newbs here at BHW, I see this question being asked time after time and people just dont seem to realize.

    Heres how CPA networks work:

Advertiser --> CPA Network --> You

Advertiser goes to the CPA network, gives them a link, and then the CPA network gives you a link. When somebody preforms a specified action through your link, your account gets credited and you get money.

Now everyone wants to know if their method will get them banned.

Many methods that people are wondering if they will get banned with is:

Filling out my own offer with VCC's and new IP's.
    Iframing and offer
    Etc.

Will you get banned doing thoes methods? Yes. Why? Because its not "converting" for the advertiser.

IF THE ADVERTISER DOES NOT PROFIT, WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THEY PAY YOU?!?!?!?!?!

Are you going to get banned if your AM finds out your using craigslist to legitamately promote the offer? Probably not IF THE LEADS ARE CONVERTING.

This game is all about money, nobody gives a crap if you bend the rules a little, as long as its not illegal, and everyones making money (except the people entering their CC of course).

I hope this helps some newbs from starting new topics, and everything I have written about is from personal experience.

If you do BH, Mix it with WH so the advertiser is happy. ( also ask your AM for a quality check 2-3 days into your promotion ).

    Good luck

Or you can simply ask... You wouldnt imagine how many affiliates will allow you to do something that semi-breaks their TOS.. As long as you tell them... they will make sure your traffic converts, and if it does, your good... If you do the same method without telling them, you will be banned.

Can you elaborate on that a bit?

It sounds like, if you're blackhatting your offers, then after 2-3 days you'd want your AM to check your leads quality?
