    add to your robots text the following line
    User-agent: * Disallow: blah.com/mypage?

    you can double check right away in google webmaster tools if it works

    I think that would work, never tried it.

    You could also put the noindex meta tag on the user generated pages.

    What you should do is update your sitemap file and submit it again to google.
    And try having some changes in robots.txt also

    in Google Webmaster tools click on Site configuration, then URL parameters and tell google to ignore 'sessionID='
