I've done a little bit of keyword research on a niche for a german authority site. The result was that people search for the main keyword and very similar question-type keywords. An example would be the main keyword "pimple" and the question keywords are:

    • help with pimples
    • what to do against pimples
    • what cures pimples

The amount of exact local searches for the question-type keywords is almost the same. How can I target traffic for all of them? A few solutions for the problem would be:

    • Try to use them all on the homepage (index)
    • Write a article for each of them, the information would be very similar but the content could be altered
    • Build a slider for a article and include all phrases as headers
    • Write a large article and use all of the phrases as subheaders somewhere

What is the best option here or do you have other suggestions?

Thanks for you time and ideas!

If you want to rank for Google Germany, get backlink from sites in German and hosted in German.

If it's going to be a pain in the neck, perhaps you can find local SEO providers or add me on SKYPE.

Hit on the more important keywords, with LSI and others as anchor texts.

You should create an article for each one and then find a few more long tail keywords for each of those phrases. This way you should get the most traffic and you don't have to worry less about optimizing the article.

Also a slider would be nice.

If you're going to write content, use all of the keywords but written in different angles. Don't just spin them or alter them. Readers would find that your website only have a single content -- only spun. You could write the keywords in the first sentence of your first paragraph and on the last sentence of your last paragraph.

You should create an article for each one. Also, try to find some long tail keywords for each of those phrases. You can use some tool for this, if you don't want to spend to much time on this. I use squirrly seo, for dedice which one is the most important and how I can create the long tail keywords.
