Hello, which settings would you use if you would have to target restaurant owners / managers in tiktok ads? I dont see as many options such as linkedin or META.

Bruh, Tiktok is not the right place to target restaurant owners. Even if you can target them 100%, they're not in "restaurant owner" mood when they're browsing tiktok.
