You may also want to consider to talk to them, take a look what they write, evaluate it and see if there is a solution. Say, they are both furious about your shipping policies because it simply takes to long. Change the policy and tell them that you did, maybe they update their articles.

poof... they go supplemental for being lower ranking duplicate content and you get multiple page one links. If you view it as a game it can be more of an opportunity than a problem.

Explaining...When I search for my "keyword" that is my business name, i'm in first position but in positions 4 and 5 there are 2 sites talking bad about my business.

Maybe I need to link the same keyword to my inside pages and to work them to move to google first page, or to create another page related to the subject and starting building backlinks to those new pages??

• Open Scrapebox
• Find a huge list of really shitty spammed blogs.
• Comment on them with the same anchor text, not your keyword.
• Report them to google for webspam.
