How to take negative link down?

Hello everyone, nice to meet you guys. May I ask for a problem? I am optimizing for a site with keyword:"benh vien lac viet" (I'm from Vietnam). that site is benhvienlacviet.vn.
However, when you search that keyword, a negative link is displayed:vanhien.vn
I wanna take this link down to page 2, 3,... but seem like it's impossible. Would you guys mind to help me?

Based on my studies your best shot is to try to rank other things above the undesired results. Negative SEO isn't typically an effective method, and requires both a weak target and more muscle and time than you'd assume. But ranking is fairly easy. So build some positive reviews and rank those up above the rest. Own the first page, essentially. You can also rank the Facebook page, and Twitter pages of your site.
