How to take down fake accounts?

My agency is being spoofed by a series of fake IDs

Is there any way to report and disable these accounts?
Many people were scammed even though we tried to notify them everywhere we had such as the BHW thread, main telegram channel, website... but there were still people who got scammed
I tried reporting it but it didn't seem to have enough force to get the telegram's attention

That will be very difficult. The best action you could take is to directly link your telegram group or username all the time so the customer/buyer don't need to search for them manually on telegram and avoid joining an incorrect group or adding an incorrect person then getting scammed and you will be the one to deal with the problem in the end.

I always include the team's direct link in every post but still want to find a way to eliminate potential dangers for my customers. If the unfortunate happens, it is still dangerous for our reputation
 
On your website and social media pages, include a list of your official Telegram profiles. This will assist your customers in identifying between your legitimate and fraudulent accounts.
 
Mass Reporting, making known to your clients and on website that its happening and to only use your specific link.

Have you messaged TG support and then sent them fake proofs, they tricked your customers.

Does anyone in BHW have a mass reporting services for X and Ig for hire?

I see multple people looking for this service and I think there is a market there.
