This is my main query as by character, I dont and can't be too aggressive and pushing in terms of convincing my clients/vendors to agree on my own terms. But instead, I like to and do sensibly check their site metrics and point the weak areas where they can somewhat lose their impact and can be persuaded to agree on my own terms. But some times, they pitch extremely unrealistic and non-sense price that I cant even talk or dare to engage. Please share your expert opinions as to what should be done in that case.

if they are unwilling to negotiate or compromise, it may be necessary to politely decline the opportunity and move on to other potential clients/vendors. Not every negotiation will result in a successful agreement, so it's okay to walk away from a deal that doesn't align with your values or business goals.

Just walk away. If the deal feels wrong to you and the other party does not seem to be receptive to your queries or needs then don't waste your time over it.
It means I did the right thing yesterday by walking away without confronting the vendor. Thanks for your advice mate.

That's very sensible tip. I shall follow accordingly as I did last night.
