    Im looking for a solution:

Upload an excel file with , email addresses i want to sent to, headline title, and 100 gmail accounts

    then

Send out 50 emails from the first gmail account from that uploaded list (throttled as specified)

then after those 50 get sent out to recipients.......switch the:

    1) gmail account
    2) email headline from excel sheet
    3) ip
    4) proxy

then send another 50 emails throttled from with these new variables in place. Only thing ive seen maybe atomic mail sender but not sure if capable of doing this.

How is this possible to accomplish, i have little experience here? Any direction would be greatly appreciated thanks.

I think 1and1Mail might be able to do this. I haven't used it myself and I'm thinking of buying it, so if you do check it out, let me know how it goes.

umm you will kinda need a conjuction of multiple services to do this...If I can ask are you doing some sort of email marketing spam? if so, you should consider using something like mailchimp that is not only free but trusted by most emails...
