How to Subscribe rss feed to mail ?

How to Subscribe RSS Feed TO Gmail ??

My question is when i subscribe any rss feed it asking me to book mark option in Mozilla. but i want to subscribe to rss feeds and i want get each and every latest Feed to my mail id.

and is there is any option that to filleter rss feed subscription like category wise.

Please help me.

You can use rssfwd.com

It works as long as you have the feed url

use feedsifter.com to filter the feeds by keyword and then use rssfwd to subscribe to the feed provided by feedsifter

but i have don rssfwd with ezinearticlas.


1. i just browsed ezine articals and scubscirbed to health and fitness (http://ezinearticles.com/rss/Health-and-Fitness-Weight-Loss.xml)

2. I Entered in to the rssfwd.com
i have given abouve url and login emailid and password.

but when i check my mail id there is no posts. i have taken (realtime option)

can you tell me is theres is any mistake in my procedure.

the realtime option of rssfwd does not always function in realtime lol
