all you need is a VPS with windows and the OBS free streaming software

Several of the bigger music streaming channels that do those 24/7 streams use a company called Oh Bubble, they build their servers specifically for that purpose of prolonged 24/7 streams.

There are streaming vps services, 20 USD cost. Check google.
"streaming rdp" google it

Normal rdps cant handle streaming.
