isn't there an option where when you are listing your product you click where the buyer has to pay immediately.

Don't you have the option to request the buyer pays instantly? Is this guy actually paying for other listings and receiving the items and simply trolling by giving bad feedback? If so surely he can be reported. I know he will come back but just keep flagging him.

In then payment section there is a text that says "Add options" something like that. It's in there.

    Ah thats a shame dude.

    I found this:

    FAQ:
    http://pages.ebay.com/ImmediatePayment-faq.html
So it appears you also need a Premier Paypal account?

All you do is call ebay if he don't pay and they will remove it. While your on the phone with ebay give them the users accounts and report him or them for feedback misuse.

    You also said this...

I can't find the "payment immediately required" option.

I wouldn't use that option because you will lose sales from my experience... I have my set up to give them 7 days to pay me... Some people will buy today if they know they are getting paid on Friday.

I don't think reporting him will do anything... he doesn't only do this to me, he does it to anyone selling the same thing he sells. He had to get reported at least 10 - 50 times. Why doesn't eBay just ip ban him?

    @Aegroeg thanks for the link.

No problem! Do you have a Premium Paypal account yet? This also comes with a lot of sales so its a kind of catch 22 thing. Can't have one without the other!

If someone leaves neg feedback before paying.
Simply open a non paying bidder case .
If he still refuses to pay (hopefully) once you close case and receive final value credit feedback is removed anyway .
Instant payment request is not allowed until 10 feedbacks (selling) but i suspect your non paying friend knows this

Well get your sales above 10 .
Then you can alter your listings to request buyer pays instantly on purchase .
This avoids all this hassle and also means your never sat waiting for people to pay .

This happened to me. Frustrating, I was on the phone with eBay for like an hour to eventually be told I owe eBay. 3.50 and they were going to lock my account if I didn't pay it. What even?

This is strange, I have never had this happen to me before. That has to be really annoying.

    Happens a lot.
When theres a group of sellers who sell more or less identical products over a long period of time they learn the competition and watch there trading .
Eventually dirty tactics always seem to appear .
Not a lot you can do as difficult to prove to ebay and i doubt they would care as there the masters of dirty tactics .
Advice is beat them at there own game and do unto others as they do to you .

well, that's not true, it has nothing to do with sales volume
you can upgrade to premier anytime, it doesn't cost a dime, you don't even need to have an ebay account
