I run 2 websites of the same niche and 1 is used to market off of customers that fall back on the main website. It actually works really good for my niche, but now all of a sudden my emails are going into the spam folder for recipents.

I send a pretty personalized, straight forward email from my new website's email and it had a high return rate, but now it's going straight to spam folder for recipents (at least from what i've tested).

How can I fix this? Should I use MailChimp or one of the other mass emailers as they're less likely to be reported as spam?

    I'm using privateemail.com right now. I believe it's Namecheap's email provider.

Even mailchimp sometimes goes to spam, 1)check your message spam score 2) check your ip if blacklisted 3) what is your hard bounces rate?

    How do I check these?

These are personalized messages with previous clients so I just send out the emails from my business [email protected]

    Home Page:
Go to Google and type in "check message spam score". There are a few tools to check to see where your message ranks. I've had mail go through mail channels, mail chimp and other providers that still get listed as SPAM due to the content.

    Check the content.

  8. Send yourself an email from this site to get an idea as to what may be going on.

For transactional emails you could look into sparkpost.

Thank you for this. It looks like it's not my content, but a problem with my domain and email and "not signed in DKIM"

  10. What’s the domain problem? Blacklisted for spam?

Do you only send transactional emails or newsletters too?

    1. "[SPF] mydomain.co does not allow your server 198.1.1.1 to use [email protected]" -3 points
    2. "Your message is not signed with DKIM" -1 points

and then this "SpamAssassin thinks you can improve:

    0.001HTML_MESSAGEHTML included in message
No worry, that's expected if you send HTML emails
-0.972SPF_SOFTFAILSPF: sender does not match SPF record (softfail)
Your SPF is not valid, you should fix it (see below in the server authentication area)"

  12. Have you tried to use an smtp plugin (if you actually use WP)?

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-smtp/

Let me get back to you about spf anf dkim, on mobile atm and its a bitch to type on.

Feel free to shoot me a dm (but no skype shizzle) to exchange some tips to set up email from the server and get it working.

If you’re using vps, it seems the server get red flag but with proper setting, the mail could run smoothly

It's the email for namecheap.com so that's where I purchased it from. I'm not sure if you need a domain through them or not, try asking their support.
