How to stop emails from BHW?

Hi,

Am getting countless emails from BHW when people are replying to threads i've started or posted on and i wanted to know how i can stop this please?

Deselect "and receive email notifications of replies".

If you want to stop receiving emails for new conversations, uncheck "Receive email when a new conversation message is received".
