I want my competitors to see that my backlinks are coming from web 2.0 sites?
What should I do?
You want them to see that or don't?
If you want them to see it, build lots of them
If you don't want them to see them, don't build any.
With web2s, you have less control, so if you want others not to see them, you can either hope, build them on no-index platforms, or don't build them.
I am not quite show I understand your question, but it seems you have several types of back links linking to your site but you want your competitors to see only the web 2.0, I'm not sure that is possible, but you can block back link crawlers such as majestic etc from accessing your site generally, but you can t make them see 2.0 alone,
1. How to stop backlinks to be crawled?
With the "Nofollow" attribute you can tell search engines to not crawl or don't follow a specific link .
2. I want my competitors to see that my backlinks are coming from web 2.0 sites?
Just get links from more Web 2.0 sites.
You can not hide the backlinks to your competitors.
Because you can never know where backlink comes from to your website.
Wrong, nofollow tells google not to pass page rank to the attributed link. They still get crawled and indexed.
OP, their is no way you can block crawlers access to your backlinks unless you own all the webpages linking to your domain. One solution will be building links only from two sources, a PBN that blocks the crawlers and web2.0 sites.
Correct. Google may (and likely will) crawl nofollowed links. It was pretty stupid of Google to name it "nofollow".
It's also mean disallows search engines from crawling the links on that page. But, Your answers questioning me and want to look deep into this.
Separate names with a comma.
