Here soon I am going to start building niche websites and I want to make sure I am being safe with it. How can I make sure that if one of my sites get penalized they all don't get penalized? And if I get banned from AdSense what are my options?

If you want to make sure they never were penalized together then I'd have each domain on a separate registar and hosting account, no 2 on any. Media.net pays way better than adsense if you have big traffic, if you have a small amount then I'm not sure how they do.

If you are banned from adsense, you could go with CPA offers, amazon, CJ offers, there are alternatives which can be more profitable than adsense, depending on the niche.

If you have adsense, Google analytics or Google webmaster tools on all your websites under one account, if one goes down there is a possibility that others will go down. Depends on who is reviewing. A few years ago, there was an internet marketer with around 300 Halloween websites. All of them has adsense. The manual reviewer reviewed his main Halloween website, did not like what he saw and punished all his 300 websites. I'm not sure if the manual reviewers still do that today.

Yes to be safe, or non at all. Especially if you plan on doing anything blackhat.

For traffic stats I use piwik, I have webmaster tools under different accounts on two websites, and that's because they are client sites and I needed to do some stuff to rank locally. But other than that I don't use Google tools for on my websites.

Ya, manual reviews still happen and Google will do whatever they want. A better question, what is it that you are doing that makes you think you will get banned? Are these just thin / low quality content sites?

They would be micro niche sites with high quality articles but only a few and I would have 2 ads above fold for higher ctr but off site not too much black hat I am hoping content can do most of ranking. Just want to be cautious about how I go about it though.
