I dont live in the US, so how can I target US without the location advantage, ads are always there, but I know they get banned a lot

Well just go to youtube and do a research you will find tons of videos
No big secrets you either work hard or invest some money into paid traffic
Just that cluckbank its so competitive nowadays as all newbies start with this method

Everything you do online promotion-wise should be directed toward putting folks on your list.
Never drive traffic straight to the vendor page!
Your list can become a HUGE asset that pays you daily with 30 mins to 1 hour of work, but you've got to start building it today.
It's so easy to setup too.
Lookup "How To Setup Squeeze Page" on Google or Youtube there are many good guides out there.
