    First of all social Media.
    1. Create a website , you can do it yourself if you want to put some time into it.
It does not have to be anything fancy just have the site.
    2. Facebook. Connect your facebook account with your website
    3. Twitter. Also connect this to your website
    4. LinkedIn, Yes LinkedIn absolutely must have this one.
All of these things are really low - no cost and you can advertise yourself in each one of them to reach your affiliate.
You will need around 150 USD to start , and to advertise yourself on each one to get good audience.
    Hope this helps.
    Cheers

Well get yourself a woocommerce theme free from wordpress.org, join amazon also free and install prosciate ( free on BHW ) plugin and within minutes you'll have a affiliate site with 1000's of products. The only cost is domain name and hosting

Well I would suggest putting most of your budget into unique content and most of your time into keyword research. You don't need to spend much for quality content, you can find good deals if you search around and for keyword research you can pick up a free trial of Long Tail Pro for. If you find the right keywords you can rank them on page 1 without having to build links.

WP theme and plugins you can find for free and upgrade later if your site starts to pull in some traffic and income. The only other thing you'll need to get started are hosting and a domain name.

Better to keep it simple and low budget in the beginning while you test out the niche. Good luck!

I use woocommerce ad-on for wordpress for all my e-commerce needs, templates from wplocker and content from unsuspecting dropshippers (it's free and some offer csv files for quick population) , once that's done apply for aliexpress or amazon affiliates and throw in some adsence for good measure, as long as your keeping traffic clean.

Start with free blogs, for example > blogspot, wordpress and more.
