Start by talking to one of your aff managers at your cpa tell them what your budget is and they can help you from there. :)

Really is that easy of course you will need a good budget to start at first you wont get huge cuts or % but after time you will gain some reputation spcaily if you pay the affs and promoters, even some networks will contact you to help promoting their offers for better sharings, etc
    :)
it is more about when to start a CPA than how
If you need more hints let me know.

    Dave.

Well you need a tracking script, most common is directtrack which is about $3k + $2700 a month or custom code it (I am writing one myself in my spare time). Need regular business supplies, payment processing set up. Cash to pay high volume affiliates before you get paid from advertisers. Need people to call all of your affiliates. And you need TIME

There have been so many crappy cpa networks popping up lately, but they all fail. Just look at deuxdev's RevenueHill - his totally collapsed. To start one you need atleast 15,000$ for the script, server, and design. If you are really serious then you will need staff, maybe an office, and office supplies. Then you have to have funds to pay out your users since you may get late payments from advertisers and don't want to keep your users waiting. In the end I would say you need atleast 50,000$ to get started and keep it running. And you better get some good affiliates fast, because directtrack, hitpath, and most others charge a large monthly fee, so if you don't get money coming in you're just going to lose money. Also, watch out for fraudsters, because the merchants aren't stupid, as veuxdev had learned. But seriously, there are so many CPA network giants out there, its going to be hard to make yours better than all the others.

    Actually
To start a CPA network .
    1. scripts , many choice nowadays
2.direct offer and has a good relationship with the advertiser

Start a CPA network is not hard thing ,and get advertiser is not a hard thing either.
the hardest part is to distribute the offers

    Thanks!

There's thing called hasoffers(dot)com. You can start a CPA network. I started one, but I'm not technically using it. I read in another thread that your CL victims could sometimes track your ads back to the network, so I started my own on hasoffers. I'm going to figure out a way to have that network be my front so people can't trace me back to my own network.

So, I said all that to say. hasoffers is instant but you have to go out and get your own offers. They give you a PDF Guide to getting started, but I haven't even read it.

    Hello,

Again my concept here. ask your actual CPA to set you up under their umbrella they are always looking for valuable partners, actually I am in the middle of advanced talks with to a huge herbals network I will be in charge of my own network devoted to the Hispanic market, something they can not reach without my help, so I hope you see my point here. if you got something interesting to offer they can set you up for lets say 4k or so, at least that's a start.

    Dave.
