    This link is a wordpress site, you can copy/paste the content and check keyword density in your wp installation with some of seo plugins, and in source code of the page you can see which template and plugins are used (if is not renamed by webmaster). This guy use All in One SEO Pack 1.6.13.3, and have just a few pages in menu so his silo technique is not so relevant on site. Make your own silo setup, its easier than looking other people sites
