I use longtail pro and ulitment nice finder to find keywords. This way i find for 1 site maby 20.000 keywords. Zo this is one big long list of keywords.

This whole list should be sorted in little groups, each group representing a post or page.

So my question is, is there any way i can automate the keyword sorting?

textmechanic for sorting. Keyword organizer for organizing keywords in IM projects. It's a paid tool though.

I bought keyword organizer even to it is not sorting the keywords per subject but it seems to be a super handy tool for keyword managing. I was using treepad for that , keyword organizer is lot more advanced then treepad

For keyword Google ad-word tool is the best to me. It is free and reliable. But do not rely on competition low or high. Just get the keyword ideas from there and for competition, do it manually by the specific keyword by using Google search. After searching if you find that by your keyword there are lot of site with high PR and alexa then competition is high and you have to toil a lot to rank those keywords.
