    Hi,

I have 50k files (overall size:300GB) in my main folder & I would like to know if there is a possibility in assigning a folder to each 1k files
without having to make 50 folders and then copy & paste every 1k files from my main folder to each of the 50 folders, because the copy process takes an eternity.

Could somebody please help me out?
    Thank you,

    Kind regards!

Moving is almost instant, don't copy & then delete the original ;)

    here is how to "move"

    1. go into the directory with all the files
    2. CTRL + A if you are on Windows to select all files (important klick on 1 file before)
    3. CTRL + X to cut all the select Files (The files should now have a blurry effect, which meant that they are saved still there, but if you move them they wont be there anymore)
    4. Go to your destination Folder
    5. CTRL + V which stands for paste

You als can do all of this with a right click.
