I have this domain that ranks number 3 at yahoo and bing, but is not in top 100 in google. How can I solve this problem without creating new content? What can I expect if I just copy content to new domain so I can try to rank in google, but will also keep the old site so I dont lose ranking at yahoo and bing?

1st thing is Yahoo and bing's algorithm's are different.
2nd thing is Google takes in consideration more than what yahoo and bing does.

If you can give more details on what kind of keyword you are targetting for all three search engines? because competition in bing and yahoo for particular keyword will be different than Google.

It will cost you only $10 for new domain, so why don't try it.

If you take the content from the domain that's ranking in Yahoo and Bing and put it on a separate domain, it will not rank in Google because of duplicate content issues.

How much content is on your website that's ranking in Yahoo and Bing? Are you building any backlinks to the site?

Block google from crawling your original site so the content will no longer be in their index and set up a new site with the content on it.

Why not test it by yourself?
It is only about $8 for a new domain.
Just do it and will get your own answer.

In any case if you want to copy content from old to new will do nothing but duplicate issue. Google is different and big search engine compare to Bing and Yahoo.
If you want to rank your keywords in Google, you need to get new original content and do some quality backlinks. In google it will be time consuming to rank but if you do it "smartly" You will rank.

How can it cause duplicate content issue when the old site is no longer in google index? does google somehow "remebmer" content from sites that are no longer indexed or are indexed by other search engines?

If it is already de-indexed from google then its fine to post same content to another website just dont do like this always.
