Not sure about a full url but to some of my videos I add a whatsapp number or email for a few seconds and have no problems.
Here you go: Make your TikTok username or nickname your website url like "blackhatworld.com," then in videos use the sticker that allows you to mention a user by their @ and then just do that for your user. So the sticker on your video will be "@blackhatworld.com." I did this and was only getting like 1/5 of my videos removed for "frauds & scams" after getting some views, but I think that's from false reports (I'm advertising a legit site). I'm looking for a way to run 10+ accounts (without shadow-ban) for my one website so I can just keep posting until the accounts eventually get banned by the stupid algorithm.

I can only say that you're playing fire! TikTok is strict with the links to other websites. If your account has more than 10K followers, yes, just try to do it. But I can't promise that your account would not be banned. If not, try to gain more followers. The more followers your account has, more stable your account would be (plus your aged account).

How long are your videos usually? And for how long do you warmup your account after creating before uploading first video?

Show your link in glimpse or in a transition , use shorten url and try it for like 10 to 15 sec video not in a long video
My videos are usually 30 seconds long. I warm up my accounts for two weeks.

TT has OCR scanner and they can easily detect domain on your Video
They don't care if it's your name and you're using the @ feature to tag your name.
