You can share that post normally but to share the first comment is not possible because Facebook does not allow that, you may have to repost that comment in your shared post.

There doesn't seem to be a way to share a comment on a post. You can only share and then repost the comment and pin it at the top.

To share a post with the first comment, you will need to manually copy the comment and add it when posting the link to the group .
