How to set up affliate links from user generated content

Have been reading the site for months and have took the first step by learning a bit about wordpress and getting a website up, the site can use user generated content (they post deals/bargains etc) what im looking to do is,lets say someone posts something they see on amazon how do i get my affliate link onto any amazon links from my site?
