I want to set up a page with protected content ( a contact page )

I want users to go through the page via an "offer" PPV or a survey etc before they can access the page.

I also want to be able to lock the person from the page once the have acessed it after the first time.

The site is a BLOG ( WP ) BTW

    Thanks
