I'm wanting to run an online raffle. I've found a few sites that do this and they are free. You either enter the names/contact info of the people and add them manually. Or, you can import a list from a file. I don't need help setting this part up as it's pretty easy.

However, what I would like to do is have a couple of different tier prizes. I don't want it so just anyone can join. I'm thinking maybe people who spend X amount of money during the week of X could get in on it at no extra cost.

What I'd like to do is have it so you have to enter a specific pre determined set of characters and it will add them to the raffle automatically. Or, if that can't be done.. have it so when they enter the specific code it adds them to my list and I can just export that list into the raffle when it ends and pick a winner.

If this is possible please point me in the right direction. I can't seem to find anything that can do this and I'm no coder or webdesigner.

    Will give thanks + rep

Read up on the laws first. Most online raffles are illegal and are considered gambling.

I've seen many people do online raffles. Several do them on Twitch and even the girls on MFC do them. Mine won't be considered gambling. It's just giving back. No different than getting 25% off your next purchase crap when you spend $150 or more that stores use.

You have to either be a tax exempt church or a recognized charity under federal law. Didn't you read up on the legalities of online raffles first? Raffles are considered gambling.
