How to set powerlikes to rank hashtags?

I'm using 300 "powerlikes" + views on each post in my 7k page. The thing is that I can set up to get them between the first 15 min to 2 hours after post. The same with some comments. I've been trying different ways in the last days but I still can't see any pattern that approach me to the most algorythm friendly way.

I could see that all my viral posts are basically running because the hashtags. 95% of the traffic it comes through them. But I don't understand how they rank to the top. I know that is something quite sudden because I noticed that if I don't rank them in the first hour, they don't rank anymore. Apart from this I don't know the rest. I put hashtags with different ranges of popularity and for example I saw that some small hashtags with 10k popularity have posts at the top with 200 likes uploaded days ago and I'm getting more likes in few time which should means is more trending and is not ranking on those.

Does anyone know how exactly the hashtags rank ?? And what would be the best way to set the likes (more sudden just after post in few time or slowly and spread during more minutes) ??. What about the comments, same timing ?? How much of them for 300 likes + 300 views ??.
