I have my international shipping set to flat rate right now
but there are 1 or 2 countries I need to specify a different shipping cost
without changing all my listings.
Is there a way to do this?
For example: my worldwide international shipping is set to 9.50 usd
but for a country like india, I need to set it to $14.00 usd. How do I do that?
