This might be a noob question but I can't seem to sort it dammit.

All Adsense I see show me ads on Faucets, Backlinks, SEO Services etc. But I want the ads on my blog to show ads that are relevant to the content and niche of the website, not something from my search history.

    How can I achieve this?

In your adsense settings you can see your ads to just show ads contextually.

Also, look up adsense placement targetting. You can focus on certain blocks of text in your page that has very relevant info, and ignore the other words on the page. =more relevant ads.
