Check this one out, it is a good one. However, it is not free.

phplist - a free alternative that will support over 100k subscribers.

A word of caution in using any email list that is 10,000 or more subscribers. I send out thousands of emails a day with no problem, however, there is a method to the madness that must be maintained to avoid issues.

IF you are a spammer, you will be used to this and not care anyway about the following. However, if you want your email list and the lifespan of your sending email to last longer, you may consider doing the following.

Set your email campaigns to cover a 10,000k member section of subscribers over 4 hour windows. You can set your send times with no issue in any of these systems. Set your campaigns to send to a unique 2,500 subscribers per 4 hour window. This will spread them out enough that it will decline your risk of getting banned/blacklisted by the email services that receive your emails. Examples of these services that will block you and not allow your emails to go through are ; aweber, yahoo, msn/hotmail, aol, att&t, comcast, google/gmail, etc. IF these companies blacklist you for sending too many emails at any given time, your email and domain will not be able to push anything through email campaigns, as it would then be a waste of time and effort.

The readership on the other end wouldn't even get your emails, as blacklisted emails don't even make it into the client's spam folder. They are deleted in the processing server once received.

Hope this helps with finding your mailing list software and protects you from losing it anytime soon.

Have you asked them for assistance in importing it yet? There support is suppose to be really good these days. I haven't used them in some time, however, have a number of clients that swear by them.
