Hello frens,

I recently came across a tool which is a SaaS & B2B service hybrid; they basically give you a domain of their own server with your domain names (I guess) and you can start sending cold emails instantly, without warmup, and it doesn't get banned either.

I've spent the whole night trying to figure out how exactly they do this, you literally plug in your domain and can start sending 800 emails/day in the first 24 hours. This is what their website claims. And they're legit because I personally know half of the people they work with or have worked with.

seriously mind boggled by this.

Does anyone know how this is possible? Like how does one go on about making a "system" (which is a very vague word to me) that lets him do this? How exactly is a server set up this way? Wtf even is the definition of a server in this context lmao

Just looking for any chad cold email rammer to enlighten me and answer this question.

Thanks.

Warmup of the domain isn't needed because they have a server that already is warmed up for outbound. Or something like that, if you think that doesn't make sense pls explain.

What I do know is that it's legit based on how there's 0 ppl complaining about his service.

Good method to advertise
but won't pass on BHW

As far as I know, the mail adress must be warmed-up, not the server itself.
You can have a brand-new server and run already warmed-up mails and you won't have a problem.

Maybe, half of those mails are literally warm-ups?

All I can think of is they have a very warm set of IPs that they rotate and send through. Can't really think how you can warm up someone else's domain without sending emails from it.

I see, that makes sense.

And yeah that might be a possibility, send tons of cold emails, 70% warmup & 30% campaigns.

I think what they might be doing is getting having their clients input their domains (ex:testing(.)com) into their company; company.testing(.)com
Then they may have warmed up or implemented whatever system.

That would make a lot of sense. Will look into this. Thanks Jamie

You said 30k/day in the title but 800/day in the post.

Think about what you just said, you are describing any ESP.

They have a pool of warmed IP's and you send from them, what's hard to understand about that?

Go register a new domain and sign up to something like ActiveCampaign, if your data is good you can literally send out thousands of emails and inbox from the very beginning.

They have a 30k cold email a day case study as their highest sending record, 800 is what u can start with as soon as you trial a demo I believe.

Ok, I understand the IP thing now. Just new to the cold email thing. Appreciate it man.

you should check if the domain they give you recently expired, they could be purchasing recently expired domains that were established with an amazing reputation. just a thought, if that is what they are doing, do let us know :)

30K emails per day without warmup? No, your IP & domain will be blacklisted.

If you use an ESP like MailChimp for your subscribers, you can do that because they are well-reputed.

They have pretty long term clients so I guess it wouldn't make sense to have expired domains no?

you can find domains that recently expired, that you can buy, that already have a good reputation.
