You can't unless its optin list and some people do send bulk email but they don't share the secret on a public forum.

I think people buy SMTP server for their own and use it.

Two options - or you have double optin data, or you have your own sendout system with own ips and own domains. I used to send a 5 millions per month, but its not a easy job. Because if your ips get into spamtrap - you r fcked

Mass spamming but will end up in the junk or spam box. Buy multiple hosting and domains and it comes with 2000 emails per day mailing service.

If you didn't collect that emails, you still can send, depends how you hide your ass. but be ready to burn down your servers if police behind the door
Back in a days, we used to send 100k per minute, we called shoot and run. because after mass sendouts 99% of ur IPs will be with very poor reputation.

Nowdays it's impossible, you should to use SMTP but 75% will be at spam. It's Hard process and you need a good strategy.

Impossible is nothing my friend. I send 4000-5000 emails per day. I'll say 80% inbox rate, 50% open rate with simple IP rotation
I prefer contact forms submitters.. 100% inbox rates
I don't know what language these folks speaking though

you must have around 1k ips, mta ports. and at least 100 domains. 10ips connected to 1 domain(with subdomains). Proper configuration and it can work. But nowadays, most of inbox have their own protections from mass spamming, so now there is no point of sending 100k per minute, because none of inboxes will accept it.
But if you have optin data and warm ips, Its easy to send 1million per day.

Sending the emails is the easiest part. Getting those emails through the spam filter is the harder part.
I tried it a few years back with direct to mailbox mailing, but it took ages to craft the email that would get through the spam filter.
The open rate was pathetic.

Even though the mails get put in the junk folder, it should be possible to make a few sales with enough emails and a decent offer? I, for example often check my junk folder as tons of legit emails get placed there.
