How to sell website?

Hello everyone, I never sold a site but I think that soon I will be able to sell one of my sites. And I have several questions.

For example, my site is built on wordpress and I understand that the content should go through the all-in-on wp backup program, right? As if I made a backup of my sites. Then the domain is in Godaddy and I have those in namecheap, how are they passed?

Is it just those two things? And for example, if I already have it approved in Adsense before selling it, I should delete it from my Adsense sites so as not to have problems, right?

You can use All-in-One Migration but you can find a tutorial on YouTube to make it manually, in my opinion is more secure and isn't that hard.
Godaddy or Namecheap have a option to transfer domains from a provider to another.
About Google Ads, you can transfer the ownership.

But I would still use adsense with my other sites. So what would be the step? Is there any tutorial?

Then, the new site owner would have to apply for their own AdSense account. So you just remove it from your account.

Ok perfect and if the new owner does something illegal with the site but I already removed it from my adsense I won't have any problems right?

Thanks for the help understand the steps. Then I should delete it from my VPS so that the buyer has unique content and that's it.
