How to sell vero item on ebay without MC999

Hi BHW,
I bought some vero items from china supplier with good price. I know that this is not an authorized distributor.
How can we avoid Vero MC999 warning when listing those items on eBay. If they ask for the invoice, how could I provide them.
Is it OK if i list those items as "used" or "seller refurbished"? Will this be bypassed vero scanning?
I read some posts here about making a fake invoice or something can work around., but not sure how to do it.

you can buy the genuine item and show ebay the invoice

To Buy genuine item, you have to be a authorized retailer for that brand name, which require me to do a lot of paper work.
Any idea how how overcome this issue?
