How to sell followers on IG as middleman?

Hi. I was thinking of starting to sell followers and stuff like that as a middleman on IG.

I have seen a lot of different pages which advertise their smmpanels or just sell followers in general and I also want to get involved, but I don't know which panel is best to use (i live in eu so i prefer using paypal). Also i dont know how to properly "advertise" it. Any tips for me? Would be great help.

Another question should I just use someone else's panel or buy my own childpanel? If yes where can i get one from?

First of all, you need to build your online presence. After that you need the marketing of your services to attract potential clients. The rest is very simple. You can provide these services to your clients even from the third party panels and keep your margin.
 
Competing with the other panels is difficult but if you're certain it can work give it a try.

You can do marketing vis various ways and reach potential customers and put orders on panels and make your bucks.
