1. Create a business plan
A business plan is essential to your business. A business plan is important because it provides the big picture. It is important to know where you're headed. You can create your business plan through business plan software, through reading books, or by conducting online searches.

2. Set daily income goal
This may seem simple but if you do not set a daily income goal you are less likely to achieve it.

3. Find sale-able assets
Look for what large groups of people are interested in. Find this by doing an online search for "keyword research software" and choose the one that's best for you. You want to look for popular search terms with low search results. That means people search for that certain subject but there is not much competition. There is always someone interested in information on a subject that reveals a secret, saves time, saves money, or makes them more successful than they otherwise would be. Don't focus on how much money you need to make just focus on making the money. The online accounts are for them. The money is for you. The information is for them.

4. Create a digital asset or obtain the resale rights to sell a digital asset
You can create your own digital asset (write your own e-book) or you can obtain the resale rights to an existing digital asset. If you don't want to research or write information contract with information providers either for a percentage usually 50% percent or more or for the resale rights. I prefer getting the resale rights so you don't have to deal with anybody. Make sure it is good quality and will not disappoint anybody. If you cant think of anything to write about then download a bunch of e-books about your topic then rewrite everything in your own words. If you have a software idea find a freelancer at bhw, elance.com, guru.com, getafreelancer.com, or any other website that I have not listed. If you need to copyright your work use legalzoom.com because its the leading online legal company.

5. Determine your target audience
You must determine what types of people will be interested in your digital asset. Think of yourself as a private investigator, snooping around for information on your category. There are a few ways to conduct this research. The easiest is to start by doing searches on major search engines. You can use the following: Google, yahoo, msn. Another way is to sign up and monitor newsgroups pertaining to your category.

6. Determine your competition
As you determine your target audience you will most likely stumble upon your competition. Pay careful attention to the product they are selling, the selling price, and the marketing strategy. You can use what you identify as a benchmark with the goal of exceeding what they offer.

7. Price your digital asset
When you are conducting your research you will begin to get a feel for the value for your digital asset. You will come to this determination based on your content, its quality, its quantity (number of pages), and demand for your digital asset.

8. Write sales information for your website
Have a great sales presentation for your website. These are the first words that they will read when they come to your site. Research has shown that you basically have 3 seconds to capture your audience. All of your sales information should be written at a 6th grade reading level. It should be very enthusiastic but not, "over the top." Learn about persuasive writing techniques. Lastly, get to the point and keep it simple.

9. Choose your business service partners
The sites listed below are suggestions but you can research and use whichever sites are best for you.
Godaddy.com, is good for hosting, managing, and creating your site.
Engineseeker.com, has great marketing and analysis tools.
Paypal.com, Use this if you would like to be paid on demand and be able to use your money whenever you would like to with the paypal debit card.

10. Create your website
You can create your website on your own or you can enlist the services of others to do it for you. It would be a good idea to include some sort of niche word from your niche into your domain name. For example keepturtlescleanandhealthy.com would be in the keeping turtles clean and healthy niche. Ask someone in the freelance section in black hat world to help you make your website or use some other site but make sure they are creditable, have experience, and provide samples.

11. Launch your website
Once your website is created, you will need to publish it to the internet. You need to ensure that it is 100% operational (payment button working, no typos, successful download of product, web site design complete, sales information completed).

12. Use offline and internet marketing to promote your website.
It is time to tell the world about your digital asset and why they just cannot live without it. There are different methods of marketing your website. I will not go into detail about how to use each marketing method because that's what the search button is for. You can also buy or find free downloads to help automate the marketing process.

Free Promotional Tools
Free Classifieds
Social Networks
Blogs
Email Marketing
Forums
Social Bookmarking
Google Video and YouTube
Yahoo Answers
Yahoo Groups
Epinion.com
Alexa.com
Free E-books that can submitted to file sharing networks and other sources
Word of mouth advertising

Paid Promotional Tools
Adware
Pay per click advertising
Classified Ads
Link Building
Writing and Submitting Press Releases
Clickbank

Free Trials
Search the search engines for "free marketing trials" or any other keywords that would suggest free trials for marketing.
icontact.com has a free email marketing trial
engineseeker.com will send you 2,000 visitors for free

13. Provide support for your product to your customers
Once a sale is complete customers will have questions, and may encounter technical problems. It is vital that you have a system in place to answer there questions and resolve any download problems they may have in a timely and efficient manner. Responding to your customers daily is essential.

14. Track your results
As you track your results you will find that you are either are or are not meeting your daily sales goals. If you are great. If you are not then you will have to go back, review and modify any areas that need improvement. This review process will start out as trial and error, but after awhile through experience you will start to have a knack of knowing what is "off." Before long you will become an expert on your system. Make sure it has a 2:1 ratio meaning if you made $2,000 you want to get $1,000 and the other $1,000 is for expenses. In other words 50% percent or less for expenses.

Attacking your competitors traffic and profits could be very prosperous for you so be creative in finding ways to do this. I'm sure if you search hard enough you'll find the most up to date information about crushing your competition.

If everyone was born knowing everything in the world then nothing would ever be learned. If you read it carefully in a non critical way then you will see that I wrote "whichever sites you choose". Utilizing tradebit and payloadz to sell information is not black hat so if there is a method of doing this then go ahead and state your case. If the morons over at DP have more Reputation than you then what does that make you? Im a newbie and have more rep than you. How does that make you feel?

What is the best way to get paid, since paypal is very difficult with digital products.

Ive been using paypal for years without any problems. I guess im the lucky one but it may be because its an aged account and everything is verified. Everyone has different opinions about payment methods so search around for the best payment method for you.
