Hey guys! So I posted my first item on ebay, and it says I can only ship to the US. I live in Canada, so I would like to be able to ship to Canada and Mexico aswell. Can someone pls explain to me how to switch my shipping settings so that I would be able to ship to Canada and Mexico aswell?

    Much love,
    Mike McCrory

It's in your account settings where you make the change, and once done that setting will be applied to all of your new listings, unless you specify otherwise. I forget where it is in MyeBay though.

What I did was find all of the locations where the postage service I use can get a signature on delivery for.

To block buyers in states, territories, or countries you don't want to ship to:
    • Go to My eBay.
    • Click the Account tab, and then click the Site Preferences link on the left.
    • In the Selling Preferences section, scroll to Shipping preferences, and then click the Show link.
    • Next to Exclude shipping locations from your listings, click the Edit link.
    • Select the states, territories, or regions you don't want to ship to. You can exclude entire continents or select Show all countries, and then select the specific countries you don't want to ship to.
    • All excluded countries you selected will appear on the lower section of the page.
    • Select the Apply to all current live listings check box to apply these exclusions to all your current listings.
    • Click the Apply button to save your requirements.

The requirements you select will be applied to your current and future listings and can be disabled at any time.

    Exceptions
In some cases, your requirements won't apply to current listings. You'll need to revise the listing individually to enable your requirements if:

    • You created the listing with a template that specified different buyer requirements.
    • You revised a listing via Turbo Lister but didn't sync the item with your settings in My eBay first.
    • You want to create an exclusion list for countries you don't ship to for a single listing.
    Relisting your item
If you relist your item, the listing will use the buyer requirements you most recently specified.

    or try this:

Specifying buyer requirements for a single listing

To specify buyer requirements for a specific listing, follow these steps:

    • In the Sell Your Item form, scroll to the Other things you'd like buyers to know section.
    • If the Buyer requirements option isn't displayed, click the Add or remove options link.
    • In the pop-up window, under Buyer requirements, select the Block certain eBay users from buying my items checkbox, and then click the Save button.
    • In the Sell Your Item form, click the Add buyer requirements or Change buyer requirements link.
    • Select the checkbox next to the requirements you want, and then click the Save button.
