how to scrub data from my master list from my scrub list to make a clean list?

I dont know how to do this, I know is email marketing it can be done with some mail list manager but I cant find the same thing just for simple data.

my list is sign line of data about 2000 lines each, i want to scrub my data to create a clean file.

There's a couple of tools that'll do this. Send Safe can do it, although it's case-sensitive. There's another old school tool called Raptor that would work just fine, and it not case-sensitive. You can probably find it if you google around a bit, but if not you can PM me and I'll shoot a copy over for ya. Only takes about 2 seconds to do what you're asking.

scrapebox can do this -
you can take the urls that are in one list from another list,
if you have scrapebox - then check the box in the top right and you will see it.
