How to scrape all profiles which used #?

Hey

I'm looking for a way to scrape/export all profile URLs of profiles which have posted a media with specific hashtag.

For example - I want every URL of profile which posted a picture/video including hashtag #cars

Do you guys know how could I achieve this?

Hire someone to create a scraper for you, or use some russian tools like insta parser for exemple
