How to save my doamin that flagged for copyright of a brand

    Hello,
    Please let me know how to save my domain when It flagged for copyright issue about a brand.
    Please note brand name exist on my domain.
    Example: facebooklikes.com where facebook is a brand.

    If I change my register can it be saved ?

    Please let me know.

    Don't think there's much you can do man. If you have the company name in your URL you're gonna have to hand it over.

    No - Unfortunately, the issue is having their copyright in your domain. You're gonna have to move over to a fresh domain. If you're selling Facebook likes for example, then get something like buycheaplikes.com or unlimitedlikes.com - don't use their brand or it's going to be taken down sooner or later.

    Unless you can fit your domain into a fair use clause, it's gone.

    There are situations where you can use a trademark under fair use, but IANAL.

    Grab all the content on the site. Then remove everything off the website so that it's just a domain.
    Copy and paste your content on to a new non brand domain. Maybe even a brandable domain.
    301 direct the brand domain to your new site and hope they are slow to figure it out. :D
    Begin to build lists so you retain buyers and potential buyers.
