I have someone that wants to buy one of my sites for $2,000, that I don't even use. How can I safely sell it, without getting screwed over?
Like I don't want to transfer domain to him, and puts a claim in or something stupid, and he gets the money back and I lose the domain?

    How to avoid any scams?

    Go through Escrow.

Or offer him/her free hosting so you keep the site on your hosting/domain until the chargeback/claim period has expired.

Flippa -> Escrow, has buyer signs NDA and if possible, sales contract/agreement.

    Protect both sides.
