I use GSA indexer but you can find several services here on the marketplace as well.

I have been trying this service called Indexification and so far its working very well in my initial tests.

I create the tier 1 links manually. Like 10-15 and work manually to index them. I ping them using free ping tools and then tweet them , share on fb etc. Also what you can do is ... signup for onlywire for 5 free days and add 15 plus social media tool there and then share your url there. Social bookmarks helps a lot

And GSA indexer is good or not?
If you use GSA Rapid Indexer (or the one from Scrapebox), you NEED to run those links through a indexing/pinging service. Those pages are dynamic and don't really exist since they aren't linked anywhere. If you submit them through a service like those mentioned in this thread (or ours), Google will know about those dynamic pages and crawl them so you get credit.
That said, in a large test we saw from two months ago the GSA tool didn't help indexing much. So I'd look elsewhere if that's your goal. (But they are easy links to get!)
